Katarzyna Kochańska

Katarzyna specialises in contract law, with a particular focus on cross-boarder contracts. She is experienced in drafting and negotiation of business contracts and provides legal service to clients in the area of leasing spaces in shopping malls. She also represents clients in statutory/contractual warranty disputes, including matters involving defects in construction works. If necessary, she negotiates out-of-court settlements. Katarzyna is also experienced in cross-border inheritance law.

Katarzyna was a scholarship holder of the Erasmus Programme at the Faculty of Law at the Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands). She is a Master of German and Polish Law, LL.M.
