Alicja Jaśkiewicz

Alicja specialises in contract law and has over 10 years of experience in drafting and negotiating business agreements in such fields as distribution, franchising, licensing, construction or property transactions. On behalf of land owners she negotiates with solar PV project developers. She is also focuses on issues related to personal data protection, new technologies, competition, and regulated markets. Alicja has participated in legal due diligence procedures and negotiations preceding mergers and acquisitions. She also represents clients in court proceedings.

Alicja completed postgraduate courses in Competition Protection Law and New Technologies Law at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. She was also a scholarship holder of the Erasmus Programme at Otto-Friedrich Universität in Bamberg (Germany).

advice to and negotiation on behalf of land owners with large solar PV project developers
drafting applications to the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection requesting market concentration approval; participation in proceedings held by the Office to investigate anti-competitive practice; participation in negotiations and court disputes over unfair competition,
successful completion of numerous data protection audits and implementations of GDPR compliant data protection policies,
participation in share/enterprise sale transactions; support in providing day-to-day services to corporate clients.
