On March 29, 2023, in a notary’s office in Warsaw, with the assistance of the real estate law team of the law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners, a notarial deed was signed covering the agreement for the sale of the Europa Centralna Shopping Center.
The Europa Centralna Shopping Center is the largest of its kind in Gliwice and one of the largest in the Silesian Voivodeship. It includes a 37,700-square-meter retail park and a 27,300-square-meter mall, as well as a parking lot for more than 2,000 vehicles. The center’s strengths are primarily its strategic location and a thriving area with industrial and service infrastructure. It is one of the strongest economic regions in the country.
The transaction team included attorney Tytus Niewczyk, Anna Walczak and Wojciech Petrykowski supported by Managing Partner – attorney Maciej Olejniczak.
