Maciej specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations and demergers, as well as acquisitions of enterprises and essential assets. He has participated in comprehensive business due diligence procedures. He has many years of experience in providing legal services in commercialization of retail, office and service space, acquisition and sale of real estate, and all kinds of legal aspects of property management.

Maciej holds a diploma in An Introduction to the English and European Union Law awarded in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.

successful division of a group of dealerships (automotive industry), resulting in the creation of two fully independent entities,
completion of numerous M&A transactions,
successful advice in investment and commercial property sale transactions,
legal advice on the commercialisation and management of retail and service space in tens of locations in Poland (hundreds of retail and service units), including negotiations of agreements with anchor tenants at the stage of construction and redevelopment.
