The Portal

– an organized IT and information platform connected to the Internet, created by “Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp .k., enabling Users to apply IT mechanisms and information prepared by “Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. and/or its partners as well as other world Internet resources. The Portal may be called with equivalent terms such as www.bsiw.pl (Internet) Portal.

“Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. with registered seat in Poznań, ul. Wyspiańskiego 43, 60-751 Poznań, entered in the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000048207, Taxpayer Identification Number NIP 7811698682 and REGON: 63424138800000, represented by: Dariusz Skrocki and Mirosław Babiaczyk, informs that all data contained on the sites of this Portal and related sites do not constitute a proposal in the understanding of civil code provisions, and are exclusively meant for information purposes.

The use of www.bsiw.pl Portal (the “Portal”) is equivalent to expressing a consent to the terms and conditions presented below, without a possibility to submit any reservations with respect thereto. Any user who does not accept the terms and conditions presented below is not authorised to use the Portal.

“Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. consents that users browse the contents of the Portal, print and copy its fragments for personal use. The use of information contained in this Portal for commercial purposes is prohibited.

“Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. shall under no circumstances be liable for precision, topicality and completeness of presented information published on the Portal and related sites (they may be presented or made available in abbreviated or incomplete form or may be outdated) and the complete risk resulting from the use of that information is taken by the Portal user.

“Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. has a right to completely discontinue provision of the Portal or its parts without a need to notify users of that fact.

All names, logos and marks, in particular names and logos of companies, trademarks, other product markings, advertising slogans etc. (“Trademarks”) appearing in our Portal are, unless otherwise specified, proprietary Trademarks of “Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. or other owners and used under a license by “Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. and are subject to legal protection. The use or improper use of Trademarks or any other elements of Portal content is strictly prohibited.

All material placed on the Portal is protected with copyrights. None of the material placed may be copied, modified, distributed, published, downloaded, displayed, presented or broadcast in any form or with application of any media, in particular: electronic, mechanical, photographic, recording, without a consent of “Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy” sp. k. in writing.
